1986 "First" Texas Saltwater Stamp and Print. This is a Limited Edition #1397/3450 Art Print and Stamp signed and numbered in pencil by Renowned Artist John P. Cowan (American b.1920-d.2008). It is displayed in a nice Wood and Glass Frame that measures 18" Long x 18" Wide. Artist John Cowan was a watercolor painter of fishing and hunting scenes. Born in Bristol, Tennessee John Cowan studied art at the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn New York, working under Norman Rockwell. An avid hunter and fisherman, Cowan's favorite subjects are quail hunting an redfish fishing.
