This beautiful rifle is adorned with intricate floral scroll engravings and gold inlay to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Trombone .22 rifle. The bottom of the trigger guard is also engraved "21 / 22." The wood is hand-select Exhibition Grade VI Walnut with upgraded burl, fine point checkered panels, rounded "Prince of Wales" grip and scroll engraved steel buttplate with engraved screw heads The frame has been engraved with the signature "ABEE," which stands for the world-renowned master engraver Angelo Bee. Signed and serialized Certificate of Authenticity by Angelo Bee himself included. Features hand engravings by floral scrollwork throughout both sides of the receiver with gold inlayed borders and flourishes the lower barrel. The right side of the receiver features a hand-engraved and gold-inlaid profile of John Browning with the words "John M. Browning" on a banner along with "A.BEE" in the left lower corner above the trigger. On the left side of the receiver are the words "Centennial" and "1922-2022," Surrounding a hand-engraved and gold-inlaid FN logo. "10 / 22," along with floral scroll engravings, are featured on the trigger guard and around the serial number. The top of the receiver has a inlayed game bird encircled a gold inlayed target. The take-down screw and pump handle screws are also engraved, the trigger is gold toned. The rifle has all the standard Trombone features, 22" barrel, dove-tailed sights, tube magazine, etc. The barrel crown is polished and the muzzle has a gold inlayed band. Comes with the original locking case with a brass plaque engraved "BROWNING / CENTENNIAL / Special Edition / 1922-2022", a Certificate of Authenticity signed by Angelo Bee. The bore is excellent/bright. Rifle is in like-new condition.
