Cal. 12ga. S# 3053. Bbl. 19 1/2" of fluid steel with blade front sight. 2/3 length tubular mag. Unique action is hinged at the bottom with a release lever at the top allowing it to fold in the middle. The action ius operated by a steel sleeve with hard rubber round knob grip that slides over the wrist of the Walnut stock. Steel capped checkered forearm. LOP: 13 1/4" over original butt plate. Overall length 37 1/4". Folded length 19 1/2". Mfg. 1892-1899, the gun was marketed for police, guard and messenger use. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: modern custom leather waist holster by G. J. Halbmaier. CONDITION: metal finish is fading to brown showing carry wear. Release lever has lightly faded blue. Forearm shows heavy wear with dents, marks, cracks and thinned checkering. Stock shows finish wear with scratches & marks. Hard rubber slide handle has worn checkering. Bore shows spotted pitting most prevalent towards the breech end. (01-30212/DS). ANTIQUE. $8,000-12,000.
