Cal. 22 LR. S# 66617B. Mfg. 1949. Tapered 28" bbl. Ramp mounted Lyman globe aperture front sight, Lyman receiver sight on dovetailed base, & 2 Unertl style scope blocks. Speed-lock action w/ matching numbered bolt. Marksman walnut target stock w/ short forearm rail having palm stop, pistol grip & checkered buttplate. MAGS: 1 - 5 rd. CONDITION: Very good original barrel blue with light wear, marks & spots of brown patina on blocks, barrel band & spot front of barrel band. receiver faded to gray with strike marks & brown patina; fair fading blue on floorplate. Original wood finish shows wear in handling areas, scattered mildew stains & handling marks. Shiny bore with sharp rifling. (26-3645/MD). CURIO. $800-1,200.
