Fine example of a WWII German Army dagger measuring 15 3/4" overall with a plain 10" blade. The blade is marked near the hilt " ORIGINAL (squirrel) Eickhorn SOLINGEN ". Silvered eagle crossguard and oak leaf embellished pommel with orange composite grip. Silvered scabbard with standard pebbled finish. CONDITION: blade shows original factory polish. The remainder of the dagger shows very light wear. (02-27517/BF). $450-700.
