"K" date P.08 Luger holster mfg. by Carl Heinichen. Interior of body is marked "CARL HEINICHEN/ DRESDEN" above a droop eagle over "WaA105" proof and "193" (last digit, presumably a "4" illegible). Holster is constructed of brown leather, featuring a loading tool pouch, as well as a flap and provision for a cleaning rod. Holster is accompanied by a Mauser marked loading tool, imperially proofed loading tool, unmarked cleaning rod, as well as an 8-rd. mag. with tinned body and aluminum plug marked "2/ 3148" above a police starburst proof. CONDITION: holster remains malleable, exhibiting scattered marks from ahndling and storage, as well as some spots of light age related cracking and crazing. Mag. is very good, with some light verdigris. PROVENANCE: The Estate Collection of John Eckert. (02-26540-17/MLW). NON-GUN. $600-1,000.
