Cal. 308 Win. S# A214235. Bbl. 22". Model 100 semi-automatic rifle mfg. by Winchester in 1970. Left side of the bbl. exhibits standard factory markings denoting the model and cal. designations. Receiver and bbl. exhibit a blue finish, with the aluminum trigger guard exhibiting a black enamel finish. Bolt is polished in-the-white. 1-piece pistol grip stock features oak leaf & acorn motifs within woven panels at the wrist and forearm, as well as a factory checkered black synthetic buttplate. Toeline of stock and underside of forearm feature sling swivel studs. Receiver is factory drilled and tapped, currently fitted with a Redfield 1 3/4 - 5x scope. Mag. is absent. CONDITION: metal components retain the majority of their original factory blue finish, exhibiting some light to mild edge wear, as well as some scattered superficial handling marks. Trigger guard shows scattered scratches and flaking that has faded to a dark gray patina. Very bright bore, exhibiting scattered spots of light surface oxidation, while retaining well defined rifling throughout. Proper manual mechanics. Stock shows some scattered superficial marks from handling and storage, but otherwise remains sound. Scope retains a clear optic. (26-3072/MLW). CURIO. $400-600.
