This Shotgun has a broken Hammer Spur and as such is extremely hard to cock.
We believe this one may be a Model STEVENS SPRINGFIELD MODEL 107B SINGLE SHOT
SHOTGUN.
Its 12 gauge taking 2 3/43 inch shells only.
Has a 30 inch barrel with a good bore.
The wood grain Tenite stock and forearm are in good condition - does have some glue reisdue showing between receiver and stock.
Barrel and receiver has blued finish at about 10%.
Top break action, external hammer, bead sight, non serialized.
Many Springfield and Stevens single-shot models (like the 94B, 94H, or 107) utilized Tenite (an early
plastic polymer) for thier stocks.
Is missing plug at butt area - see picture.
Gun locks up tightly.
