The beautiful stock is in excellant condition. Comes complete with Scope Rail attached to receiver
on the side.
The J. Stevens Favorite 1915 was launched by the J. Stevens Arms & Tool Company, located in
Chicopee Falls, Massachusetts. This model was manufactured approximately between 1915 and
1939. It was created to be competitive choice for target shooting and small game hunting. It quickly
gaining popularity for its precision and user friendly design.
The Favorite, along with other Stevens rifles from that period, was instrumental in teaching marksmanship
to many shooters.
Gun overall is in excellant condition and receiver exterior looks like it may have been reblued..
The barrel measures 29 inches and the entire length is about 45.5 inches..
