For the Deaf & Dumb & Blind. "G.F. Harrison A.A.G. presented by Col. Lightfoot April 21, 1862" inked on front flyleaf, brown cloth wrap bound. Pasted labels on cover & title page state "left by an adjutant general of field's brigade at Maj. Roy Mason's Fredericksburg, VA. Bought at a sale in 1884". Charles E. Lightfoot was colonel of 6th NC. CONDITION: very good overall with added pasted labels as noted. PROVENANCE: Dr. Reggie Van Driest collection. (02-27151-6/JS). $700-900.
