Bbl. 4 5/8" with early wave patterned blade integral to narrow ramped base also with wave patterned face for front sight plus frame mounted Micro adjustable rear sight having index marked elevation screw. Mfg. 1956 (1955-1962) as BKH-34 with standard Type 1 features of flat topped cylinder frame, small serrated ejector rod head, steel offset long throw ejector housing, capped base pin latch plus XR3 alloy grip frame with factory stag grips having black eagle medallions. Six groove barrel has Southport address without eagle logo or "INC."; eagle logo on cylinder frame. Original lock work without factory safety update. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: poor to fair original box that does not indicate barrel length. One long edge and front above label are split. Bottom is very good with no damage. Very good to excellent factory black checkered hard rubber grips with screw. CONDITION: very good plus original finish with hint of beginning cylinder turn line and hint of plum tone to loading gate. Slight high point thinning around muzzle area and leading edges of cylinder. Nice grips that have had the locating holes glass bedded for proper fit. Near excellent bore. (26-1046/NW).
