Lot 2532 ARGENTINE FMAP "DM" HIGH POWER SEMI-AUTOMATIC
PISTOL. Cal. 9mm Luger. S# 07-156969. Bbl. 4 5/8". High Power semi-automatic pistol mfg. in Argentina by FMAP "DM" (Military Portable Weapons Factory "Domingo Matheu") under license from FN. The left side of the slide is marked "FABRICA MILITAR DE ARMAS PORTATILES "D.M" ROSARIO/ D.F.G.M." above "LICENCIA F.N. BROWNING" and "INDUSTRIA ARGENTINA". Left side of the frame is marked with an Inter American import mark. Metal components exhibit a matte black finish (applied over a phosphate finish) overall, save for on the 2-piece bbl., which is polished in-the-white. Frame is mounted with 2-piece checkered black synthetic grips, with the frame also featuring a lanyard stud and ring on the left side. Slide features an external extractor, with a fixed half-moon blade front sight, and dovetailed U-notch rear sight. All serialized parts are matching and include the frame (with "07-" prefix), slide, and bbl. MAGS: 1 phosphate 13-rd. mag., with black enamel finished button type floorplate. CONDITION: excellent, with metal components retaining bountiful amounts of their matte black finish, exhibiting some scattered superficial handling marks overall. Brilliant mirror bore, exhibiting well defined rifling throughout. Grips show some superficial marks from handling and storage, but otherwise remain sturdy and serviceable.
