STAR AND FOUR OTHER AWARDS.1) This Japanese 1st class order of the Golden Kite is a breast star from the mid 20th century. The order was instituted in 1890 by Emperor Meiji and awarded for bravery, leadership or command in battle. This award has a large polychromatic enameled star with a blue cross and a pair of red flags with whirls. CONDITION: very light wear overall. 2) An Imperial Japanese Sea Disaster Rescue Association member badge in its original issue case. CONDITION: very light wear. 3) A Japanese Russo-Japanese War Medal with ribbon in the bottom part of the original issue box. CONDITION: light wear. 4) A Japanese Order of the Sacred Treasure 5th Class with no ribbon. CONDITION: light wear. 5) A WWII era Japanese Patriotic Women's Association membership medal in the bottom section of the original box. CONDITION: light wear. (02-25828-10/BF). NON-GUN. $1,000-2,000.
