This fine WWII German SS dagger measures 14 5/8" overall with an 8 3/4" blade that is etched "Meine Ehre Heisst Treue" and marked "RZM M.7/67 SS" indicating manufacture by Gottlieb Hammesfahr of Solingen-Foche. Nickel silver crossguard and pommel guard with black wooden grip featuring an inset eagle and black enameled SS button. Black enameled scabbard with nickel silver mounts. CONDITION: blade shows only scabbard wear. Hilt and scabbard generally show light wear with a very, very slight dent at the ball tip. (02-27106/BF). NON-GUN. $2,000-3,000.
