GUN.Cal. 7.7. S# 7217. Bbl. 21 1/2" matching numbered & dated August, 1943. Blade fronts sight with protective ears. Adjustable aperture rear sight. All visible matching numbers. Right side of receiver has Kokura, Hitachi & T99 markings with "18.7" Showa date for July 1943. Registry lists "JAPAN" as mfr. Blued finish. Asian hardwood stock & pistol grip. Monopod, bipod & flash hider all present. MAGS: 1-30 rd. repro. CONDITION: stock has old sanded appearance with poor metal fit, some scratches, handling marks & dings. Mag release is bent & has a small crack near hole causing function to be stiff. Metal retains 50% original blue with overall fading to brown, scattered oxidation, some light pitting operational wear & handling marks. Action functions properly when hand cycled.
