Ross Model 1910 M-10 Straight Pull Sporting Rifle, #10511, .280 Ross cal., 26" barrel, blue finish. Checkered walnut one-piece pistol grip stock with a Schnabel forend, checkered horn grip cap, sling swivel studs, and checkered blue steel buttplate; providing a 13.5" LOP. Banded pinned silver tipped blade front sight and folding 500M leaf rear sight. Factory markings are clear, with a Canadian proof on the barrel at the breech, marked "MADE IN CANADA" on the left side of the barrel. Front ring is marked "ROSS RIFLE CO. / CANADA / M-1910 / PATENTED". Rifle is in near excellent overall condition, retaining approx. 95%-97% toning finish, with light handling marks, and thinning to the floorplate. Stock is in near excellent condition, with scattered light indentations and minor storage marks. Action functions smoothly. Bore is very good; grooves are a little dark, rifling is clearly defined.
