This very interesting lot contains 1 WWI era gas mask in its original bag with a cotton shoulder strap, 1 Battle rattle used as an alarm during gas attacks in the trenches of WWI, 1 WWI era memorial desk medal for a KIA often referred to as the "death penny", 1 WWII King's Regiment (Liverpool) cap badge with no slider, 1 MKII spike bayonet with scabbard and canvas frog, 2 Pattern 1907 bayonets with scabbards, 1 Pattern 1913 bayonet that has been shortened and made into a formidable trench knife, complete with scabbard and frog.
