^Lot 1487 DANISH 1867/96 ROLLING BLOCK RIFLE.

Cal. 11mm CF. S# 45427. Bbl. 35 1/2". Blade front sight. Ladder rear sight graduated to 2100m. Matching numbers on bbl. & butt. Other visible parts appear unnumbered. Upper tang has Copenhagen Armory marking with 1874 date. Left side of action has "M-1867" marking. Metal has a bright appearance. Walnut stock set with bottom mounted sling swivels. Right side of butt has brass disc marked "3AB/159". Ramrod present. Middle band has older added screw on right side with nut. CONDITION: stock set has arsenal rework appearance with added finish, scattered dings, scratches & handling marks. Metal has a bright appearance with scattered oxidation, dings & areas during gray patina. Action functions properly when hand cycled. Bore shows scattered light pitting & frosting but strong rifling.
