Cal. 11mm. S# 106. Bbl. 32 1/4". Blade front sight. Ladder rear sight graduated to 1300m. All visible parts have matching numbers. Bbl. has 1875 date. Receiver has faint Massarchit arsenal marking. Mag is blued but balance of parts have bright finish. Walnut stock with partially faded 1877 dated cartouche on right side of butt. Bottom mounted sling swivels & ramrod present. CONDITION: stock appears to have an old light sanding, with dings & handling wear. Mag shows scattered edge war, fading & oxidation. Balance of metal shows an old cleaning with scattered light oxidation, scratches & dried grease. Action functions properly when hand cycled. Very good bright bore with light pitting but strong rifling. (01-28950/MJC). ANTIQUE. $250-350.
