Lot 1469 DWM BRAZILIAN M1908 BOLT ACTION RIFLE.
Cal. 7x57. S# 4231f. Bbl. 30". DWM mfg these rifles from 1908-14 and were issued in the military and government for many years. 2000m tangent rear sight. Brazilian crest found on the rec ring. Matching number except bolt. CONDITION: overall good. 70% thinning military rust blue. Rec has turned to a light brown patina with a coat of added varnish. Stock has added varnish with numerous dings and scratches. Very nice cartouche remains in the stock. Frosted bore with some pitting. PROVENANCE: From the Lifetime Collection of Malcolm Zickler, Ret. USAF Lt. Col. (26-770/ZAL). CURIO. $300-400.
