Cal. 7.7 Jap. S# 95878. Bbl. 25 1/2". Standard early T99 sights with rear having AA wings. Dust cover is mismatched but all other numbered parts are matching to receiver. Receiver ring has ground mum & T99 markings. Left side of receiver has Nagoya & 4th series markings. Blued finish. Asian hardwood stock set with left side sling swivels. Underside of butt has partially faded Kanji inspection stamps. Cleaning rod present. CONDITION: stock set retains strong Urushi finish with a large repaired zig-zag crack around right side of recoil lug, scattered dings, handling marks, scratches & other wear. Metal is turning gray with scattered areas of notable pitting, cleaned areas, oxidation & edge wear. Action functions properly when hand cycled. Bright near excellent bore. (26-363/MJC).
