Cal. 6.5 Jap. S# 21581. Bbl. 19". Blade front sight with protective ears. Ladder rear sight graduated to 2000m. Matching numbers on receiver, bolt, bayonet lug, floorplate & safety. Firing pin & extractor appear unnumbered while dust cover is mismatched. Rear sight & bolt release have separate assembly numbers that match each other. Reciever ring has ground mum & T38 markings. Left side of receiver ahs 4th series & Nagoya markings. Blued finish with strawed small parts. Asian hardwood stock with left side sling provisions & original leather sling. Underside of stock has strong Kanji markings. CONDITION: stock shows scattered dings & handling marks. Metal retains 60% original blue with overall fading, some light pitting on dust cover, scattered edge wear & oxidation. Action functions properly when hand cycled.
