Lot 1284 GERMAN WWII DRK RED CROSS HEWER.
The crossguard is adorned with a DRK German party symbol. Black checkered grip on 1side with smooth black grip on the other. The grips are made of a black bakelite material. The polished steel blade has a square tip and serrated edge with a nearly full length fuller. The hewer is accompanied with a black enamel holster with leather frog. CONDITION: overall fair. the Blade is nice. The cast guard is broken through the DRK symbol with an old repair that does not appear stable. Good grips with some oxidation on the grip screws. Scabbard exhibits scattered handling marks. (02-26630/ZAL). NON-GUN. $200-400.
