Lot 2615 M-66 WESTERN SADDLE CARBINE NON-FIRING REPLICA
WITH SPURIOUS MARKINGS. M-66 replica carbine, likely produced by MGC in Japan. Left side of the bbl. is marked "M-66 WESTERN SADDLE - CARBINE", with "NO. 0405" marked on the right. Left side of the alloy receiver has been engraved "PARAMOUNT STUDIO'S", with "WINCHESTER/ 1866" engraved on the right. Alloy receiver and steel mag. tube exhibit a plated finish. Plain wood forearm and straight grip buttstock with steel carbine style buttplate. Either side of stock exhibits an added Winchester trademark logo. CONDITION: metal component exhibit wear overall, with bare alloy exhibiting oxidation. Receiver retains good amounts of its plated finish, with scattered spots and patches of flaking and bubbling. Mag. tube retains traces of plating. Saddle ring exhibits consistent oxidation overall. Wood furniture shows scattered marks from handling and storage. (02-24256/MLW). NON-GUN. $100-200.
