Lot 2481 NEAR NEW SIG SAUER / SIGARMS P226 SEMI-AUTOMATIC

PISTOL WITH MATCHING FACTORY CASE. Cal. 9x19mm. S# U716197. Bbl. 4 13/16". P226 semi-automatic pistol frame mfg. in Germany by J.P. Sauer & Sohn and assembled in the U.S.A. Left side of the slide is marked "SIG SAUER P226 STAINLESS" above Sigarms' mfg. information. Right side of the frame is marked with the S#, followed by the J.P. Sauer & Sohn logo and "-SIGARMS INC. EXETER NH-/ FRAME MADE IN GERMANY". Alloy frame and small parts exhibit a matte black finish, with the slide and hammer exhibiting a phosphate finish. Bbl. exhibits a blue finish, with the top strap of the chamber being polished in-the-white. Frame is mounted with 2-piece textured black synthetic Sig Sauer grips, featuring a grooved panel on the front grip strap. Dovetailed blade front and square notch rear day / night sights. Bbl. is threaded, with the thread protector being absent. MAGS: x2 15-rd. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: matching factory hard case. CONDITION: fine, with metal components retaining virtually all of their original factory finishes overall. Brilliant mirror bore, retaining well defined rifling throughout. Proper manual mechanics, to include the decocking lever. Grips are excellent overall. Case shows some light exterior wear, but otherwise remains sound.
