Cal. 22 LR.S# 253730. Bbl. 6". Bead front sight. Adjustable square notch rear sight. Matching numbers on frame, bbl., cyl. & extractor. Unnumbered Bekeart grips with gold S&W medallions. Inside of right panel has faint illegible carved names. CONDITION: grips show heavy wear with faint checkering, the remnants of an old finish. scattered dings & handling marks. Hammer cleaned to bright with oxidation. Trigger mostly dull gray with cleaned areas, traces of case colors & oxidation. Balance of metal retains perhaps 30% of an old reblue with the balance being gray, scattered cleaned areas, dings, oxidation, edge wear & handling marks. Hammer pushes off & will need attention to fix. Pitted bore with a couple rings. (26-130/MJC). CURIO. $150-250.
