Mfg. 1960-1971 as variation of Model 352 having open sights rather than peep sight like Model 352; no serial number indicates made prior to implementation of 1968 Gun Control Act. Receiver factory grooved for scope mounting. Distinctive fold down forend tip and finger grooved trigger guard along with tan canvas left side mounted sling of M1 Carbine style. Monte Carlo uncheckered walnut stock with grooved black plastic buttplate. Operates in semi-auto mode with high velocity 22 short, long or long rifle ammo. Unusual safety (pushing in on cocking handle) holds bolt slightly retracted rather than restricting trigger or striker movement. MAGS: 1 factory 7 rd. adjustable for S, L or LR ammo.
