REVOLVER. Cal. 44 Mag. S# 9018. Bbl. 7 1/2" with serrated blade integral to ramped base for front sight plus original frame mounted "Micro" marked adjustable rear sight. Mfg. 1962 (1959-1973) as S47 with protected sight cylinder frame, half circle shaped shaft on ejector rod, steel ejector housing, drilled through base pin latch, collared base pin, counterbored cylinder plus Dragoon shaped "MR-3DB" marked factory brass grip frame having varnished walnut grips; black eagle medallions. Six groove barrel has Southport address with eagle logo but without "INC.". Original lock work parts have been reinstalled; its factory safety update parts are not available. Originally with a blued steel grip frame of the same configuration, but the factory brass frame was installed later in its history. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: good factory 2 piece black and red box; one end of base is split at its edge. CONDITION: all aspects near excellent as high polish factory refinished including grip frame. Near excellent bore; grips have numerous light handling marks. (26-1088/NW). CURIO. $650-900.
