Cal. 30 WCF (30-30). S# 22442A. Mfg. 1928. Bbl. 24". Blade front sight & 2 leaf rear sight. Drilled on front receiver bridge & left side. Control feed action. Walnut stock w/ schnabel tip & grooved steel buttplate. CONDITION: fair fading blue to gray patina in carry areas with peppery oxidation & light marks. Sanded & refinished wood shows smooth checkering, repair of 2 holes from previous sling eyes, marks & sticker residue. Bore shows ring bulge approx. 4" from muzzle. Bore shows strong rifling throughout with wear around chamber. PROVENANCE: From the Lifetime Collection of Malcolm Zickler, Ret. USAF Lt. Col. (26-821/MD). CURIO. $300-500.
