Norinco semi-automatic .22 LR rifle made in China. This is a take-down rifle with an 11+1 capacity and based on the Browning SA-22 design. It is imported by Interarms, VA. and is marked on the left side of the barrel. It features a 19" blue-steel barrel, which is drilled and tapped for scope mounts, blade/brass bead front sight, folding adjustable 'U' notch rear sight. It is constructed with a blued steel engraved receiver utilizing bottom ejection, blued smooth curved trigger, stainless steel bolt, blued triggerguard, cross bolt safety, 11 round tubular magazine in stock, and right-side loading. The stock is glossy wood, with a checkered semi-pistol grip, checkered forend, and blue-steel serrated butt plate. Action is smooth, and bore appears dirty, but good, with strong rifling. Blued finish is about 98%, with minor scratches, mostly on the muzzle. Wood is good, with scattered minor scratches and dings.
