^Lot 1528 Thompson Center Contender .357 Mag #335207

This Thompson Center "Contender" has a 10" blued, round, break action barrel chambered in .357 Magnum manufactured circa 1989 in Rochester, NH. It features a serrated ramped front sight, fully adjustable square notch target sight on the barrel, serrated hammer spur, rimfire/centerfire selector on hammer, and curved trigger with side serrations. The furniture consists of a checkered rubber Pachmayr Presentation pistol grip, and in the front is a checkered rubber Pachmayr forend. An engraved Puma is on both sides of the receiver. The metal finish retained is approximately 98% with only superficial marks and light edge wear. The furniture condition looks great with light handling marks on bottom of the forend, and the pistol grip is excellent. Bore is bright with strong rifling. The action is smooth with tight lock-up. This firearm is covered with dried oil, or CLP from storage.
