Lot 1510 Remington 1903 6.5-06 #332088
This is a sporterized single shot 1903 Springfield chambered in 6.5-06. It features a bench style stock, a 'double-set' trigger (the 'set' function does not seem to work), a crowned in-the-white tapered barrel, turned down bolt handle, bedded stock, fingered grooved pistol grip, flat bottom forend, cheek weld, and no buttplate. The receiver is drilled and tapped for sections of rails, and is topped with 1" Weaver rings. It comes with a 6-18x BSA Platinum scope and ring adjustable for parallax. The finish condition is approximately 75% with spotted rust on the barrel with most being on the underside, and some on the muzzle. The stock is overall in good condition with normal handling wear and scattered light scratches. The stock shows some hand fitting to make room for bolt travel. Rifling is sound and bore is good.
