American made semi-automatic centerfire gas-impingement rifle chambered for .308 Winchester, and manufactured in Springfield, MA. Rifle features a matte black anodized finish, 18" 5R rifled barrel with a 1/10" twist rate, crowned slotted flash suppressor, T-marked flat top upper receiver, annular cut bolt assist, ambidextrous magazine release with an annular cut push-button on the right side and serrated paddle on the left side, single-stage smooth curved trigger, standard charging handle, 16-1/2" aluminum Diamondhead free-float rail with an integral picatinney rail on top, Diamondhead rail is drilled and tapped for rail segment mounting, picatinney section attached on the bottom of Diamondback rail, A2 style checkered pistol grip, integral oversized trigger guard, ambidextrous receiver mounted serrated manual safety, beveled magazine well, shell deflector, Magpul proprietary receiver extension, and gray Magpul UBR eight-position stock with black serrated rubber recoil pad and QD sockets. Rifle retains approximately 97% of its original anodized black finish with scattered light scratches, a couple of nicks, handling marks on the handguard's top rail, and white material transfer on the left side of the hand guard. Metal displays no rust or deformation. The action is smooth and crisp, and the bore is bright with strong 5R rifling. The polymer furniture is also excellent with superficial blemishes.
