American made LAR-15M, a semi-automatic gas impingement centerfire modern sporting rifle chambered for 5.56x45mm NATO, manufactured in Colona, IL. Rifle features a matte black anodized finish, 16" chrome-moly barrel with 1:8" twist rate, 30-round stanag/AR-15 magazines, forged aluminum T-marked A4 flat-top upper receiver, forged lower receiver, dust cover, ribbed black plastic carbine-length hand guards with heat shield, carbine-length gas system with a receiver height picatinney gas block, A2 bird cage flash suppressor, left receiver mounted serrated manual safety, annular cut push-button magazine release, RRA two-stage smooth curved trigger, mil-spec charging handle, shell deflector, M16 bolt carrier, annular cut bolt assist, serrated bolt release, A2 rubberized checkered pistol grip, six-position buffer tube, mil-spec buffer and buffer spring, flared magazine well, and M4 style carbine buttstock. The original Matte black anodized finish retained is approximately 99% with only superficial scuffs (finish remains). Metal displays no rust or deformation. The action is smooth and crisp, and the rubberized plastic pistol grip and buttstock are also excellent. Bore is bright with strong rifling. Rifle includes original foam lined factory black hard case with end label, and owner's manual.
