American made target heavy barrel large 'N' frame double action six shot revolver chambered in .45 Automatic. Manufactured circa 1982-1986 in Springfield, MA. Features a blued finish, 6" heavy barrel, serrated wide sighting rib, raised ramp Patridge front sight, micrometer adjustable square notch rear sight, fluted six-shot cylinder, shrouded ejector rod, half length underlug, smooth curved polished trigger, checkered target hammer, three screw square butt frame, hammer nose firing pin, ten groove serrated front and back straps, and horn grips. Bore is bright with strong rifling, and the cylinder is excellent. The retained original bluing is approximately 94% with edge wear at the muzzle and trigger guard, scattered light scratches, drag line on the cylinder, and the barrel is turning plum. Metal shows no rust, but the cylinder stop stud shows some deformation. Action is smooth and crisp with a tight lockup, and the grips are excellent. Includes a blue cardboard pistol box with the owner's manual and documents.
