American made double action revolver features stainless steel construction with Robar NP3 finish, 3" barrel, 5 shot fluted cylinder, fixed sights, checkered black polymer finger groove grips with Charter Arms medallions, serrated hammer spur. Bore is very good/bright, action is smooth with tight lock-up, finish is very good with slight tracking on the cylinder and the grips very good.
