^Lot 846 Uberti / E.M.F. Model 1873 .45 LC #90937

High quality Italian made reproduction of the Winchester Model 1873 lever action repeating rifle chambered in .45 Long Colt. Manufactured in Italy by A. Uberti circa 2002, and imported by Early & Modern Firearms Company (E.M.F. Co. LA CAL.) out of Los Angeles, CA. Featuring a blued 20" octagonal barrel, dovetailed blade front sight, an elevation adjustable sporting rear sight, full-length tube magazine, sliding dust cover, smooth wide curved trigger, and checkered hammer spur. The walnut furniture consists of a smooth straight grip shoulder stock, smooth forend with metal cap, crescent metal buttplate, and 12 3/4” length-of-pull. Barrel, magazine tube, and end-cap are blued, with the receiver, lever, trigger, hammer, and buttplate color-case hardened. Rifle retains approximately 99% of its original blued finish with no observed handling marks. The action is smooth and crisp. The bore is bright with strong rifling, but dirty. The furniture wood is excellent with very small blemishes on the forend, and something that appears to be a residue on the buttstock.
