^Lot 837 Browning Citori 'Lightning Sporting Pigeon' 12 Ga

High-end Japanese made Over/Under box-lock shotgun chambered for 3" 12 Gauge shells manufactured circa 1992. Imported by Browning Arms Company out of Morgan, UT., and Montreal P.Q. Featuring a gloss blued finish, 28" ported vent ribbed barrels, extended Mod / Imp Cyl chokes installed, ejectors, Bradley front sight with white insert, white mid-bead, gold-toned single curved checkered inertia trigger, trigger adjustable for length-of-pull, tang mounted serrated sliding barrel selector and safety, and a checkered top lever. The receiver and trigger guard display gold colored edge designs and writing, both sides of the receiver have 'Pigeon' written on them, 'Browning, Sporting Clays, Pigeon' written on the bottom of the receiver, and a gold browning logo is on the bottom of the trigger guard. Figured high gloss walnut furniture consists of a round knob gripped shoulder stock with checkering at the wrist, checkered forend with Deeley latch release, and a black solid rubber recoil pad with black spacer. Length-of-pull is 14-5/16" with its current trigger position, with a 1-1/2" drop at comb, and a 2" drop at the heel. The original blued finish retained is approximately 99% with only superficial blemishes. Metal displays a miniscule amount of rust/pitting on the right side of the receiver where the forend metal meets. Furniture wood looks excellent with superficial handling marks. Bores are excellent and bright, and the action is smooth and crisp with the top lever standing far right of center. This shotgun includes original black factory cardboard box, black luggage style hard case, five extra choke tubes, manuals, and two extra gold-toned triggers with hex key.
