Lot 832 Dickson Model Cheyenne .32 S&W Long #25633
German made double-action revolver chambered for .32 Smith & Wesson Long. There is not much information on this revolver, and an exact manufacture date cannot be determined, but it was probably made in the 1960's (C&R not available without exact date). Revolver features a 5" round barrel, fixed blade front sight, notched frame rear sight, smooth curved trigger, frame mounted firing pin, serrated hammer spur, fluted six-round cylinder, collard cylinder pin head, bird's head style ejector rod button, smooth grip straps, and checkered hard rubber grips with 'Cheyenne' medallions. The barrel, trigger, hammer, and cylinder are blued steel, and the remainder of the parts are aluminum with a black painted finish. The original black painted finish retained is approximately 85% with holster wear, edge wear, and scattered superficial scratches. The blued finish remaining is very good with minimal edge wear, a few light scattered scratches, and a solid drag line on the cylinder. Metal displays no rust or deformation. The hammer goes into full-cock with a defined click, but the timing and function of the parts are fine. The plastic grips are very good with scattered light blemishes. Bore is bright with strong rifling, and the cylinder chambers are also excellent.
