Lot 814 Uberti / E.M.F. Co. 1875 Army .357 Mag #05628

Italian made reproduction of the Remington 1875 Single Action Army revolver, chambered in .357 Magnum, manufactured in Italy by Uberti. Imported by Early Modern Firearms Co. (E.M.F.) of Los Angeles, CA with the import markings on top of the barrel. Pistol features a 7-1/2" round barrel, fixed post/blade front sight, square notched frame rear sight, smooth curved wide trigger, two-toned hammer with firing pin on nose, checkered hammer spur, fluted six-round cylinder, ejector rod with webbed housing, and two-piece vanished smooth wood grips. Revolver presents a blued barrel, trigger, cylinder, portions of the hammer, and the frame and grip straps have a nickel finish. All of the metal parts except for the hammer and trigger have limited coverage of floral scrolls. Revolver exhibits approximately 96% of it's original blued finish with scattered light scratches, scratches on the ejector rod, and a light drag lines on the cylinder. The nickel finish on the frame is excellent with only superficial scratches. Metal displays no rust or deformation. Action is smooth and crisp with a very good lock-up. The wood grips are excellent with a small blemish on the bottom of the right grip panel, and a very light dent on the bottom of the left grip panel. The bore is bright with strong rifling, and the cylinder chambers are also excellent. Although, the pistol needs to be cleaned.
