^Lot 802 Napoleonic Era Flintlock Military Style 69CALSB

Musket. With French style "fluted" trigger guard and "scooped" out cheek area with no visible markings or proofs. 69 cal smooth bore with 38" bbl and 52 1/2" overall. Left side of stock near buttplate stamped U.F. 8. Reinforced 19th Century style hammer with brass pan and 3 springs to secure bands (front band - forend cap is missing.) Brown patina finish in good metal with fair to good wood. Lock works very well.
