^Lot 788 Ruger New Model Single Six .22 LR #66-59450

American made stainless steel large frame single-action revolver chambered for .22 Long Rifle and .22 Magnum, manufactured circa 1978 in Southport, CT. Pistol features a brushed finish, 6 1/2" round barrel, raised serrated ramped front sight, micrometer adjustable notched rear sight, collard cylinder pin head, round ejector rod button, fluted six-shot cylinder, smooth wide curved trigger, serrated hammer spur, transfer bar safety, smooth grip straps, and two-piece Ajax stag grips. The original stainless finish retained is approximately 97% with minor scattered scratches. Metal displays no deformation, but the grip screw shows corrosion. The action is smooth and crisp with a good lock-up, and the stag grips are also excellent. The bore is bright with strong rifling, and the cylinder chambers are excellent. Revolver includes the original red cardboard box with matching label, owner's manual, and a .22 magnum cylinder (.22 LR installed).
