^Lot 704 Colt 1908 Pocket Hammerless .380 #60146

American made vintage semiautomatic single-action pistol chambered for .380 Automatic Colt Pistol, manufactured circa 1922 in Hartford, CT. This is a Type-III variation without the barrel bushing, and no magazine safety. Pistol features a blued finish, 3-3/4" barrel, fixed blade front sight, dovetailed 'U' notched rear sight, solid smooth curved trigger, concealed hammer, checkered manual safety/slide stop, smooth grip safety, serrated heel magazine release, and checkered black hard rubber grips with embossed Colt banners and Rampant Colt logos. The blued finish retained is approximately 94% with edge wear, light scattered scratches, and slight thinning on the grip safety. Metal displays scattered pitting and a few small spots of rust, but there are no observations of deformation. Bore is bright with strong rifling. Colt markings are sharp. Grips are in excellent condition, and the action is crisp and smooth.
