^Lot 477 Beretta / Berben S686 Special 12 Ga #E56711B

Engraved Italian made over/under double barrel box-lock shotgun chambered for 3" 12 gauge shells, circa 1986. It features blued 26 3/8" barrels with a ventilated sighting rib, removable chokes measuring 'IC' on the top and 'M' on the bottom barrel (measurement with a drop-in gauge), automatic dual ejectors, brass bead front sight, fine floral scroll engraved receiver with electroless nickel finish, smooth curved gold-toned single trigger, sliding tang safety with sliding barrel selector, high gloss checkered walnut forend, semi-pistol grip shoulder stock, and a Morgan Adjustable recoil pad. The length-of-pull measures 14". This Shotgun exhibits approximately 98% of it's original blued finish with only superficial scratches, edge wear on the trigger guard, and a residue of dried oil, or CLP (from storage). The receiver finish is excellent. The action is crisp, and both bores are excellent and bright. The wood stock and forend are near very good with a few minor storage dings & scrapes, and the recoil pad is cracked towards the top.
