Italian made, NRA Commemorative Edition Diamond Grade IV, break barrel box-lock over-and-under shotgun chambered for 3" 12 gauge shells. Imported by KBI of Harrisburg, PA. Featuring high gloss blued vent-rib 28" barrels, brass bead front sight, accepts Invector choke tubes with Mod / Imp Cyl installed, ejectors, gold-toned smooth curved length-of-pull adjustable trigger,and sliding tang safety with barrel selector. The matte finished figured walnut furniture consists of a semi-pistol grip shoulder stock with checkering at the wrist, a checkered schnabel forend with a deeley latch release, 14-1/2" length-of-pull, 1-1/4" drop at comb, 1-7/8" drop at heel, and a solid black rubber recoil pad with black spacer. Receiver and small components have a nickel finish. Shotgun presents limited floral scroll engravings on the left and right sides of the receiver, trigger guard, tang and top lever. The top of the receiver is textured, and the bottom of the receiver has an NRA insignia. Original blued finish remaining is approximately 98% with only superficial scratches. The nickel finish condition of the receiver, triggerguard, top lever, and tang safety is excellent. Metal shows no rust or deformation, but there is some discoloring at the last vent rib that does not look like rust (maybe from the manufacturing process). Bores are excellent and shiny, and the action is tight with the top lever standing right of center. The furniture wood is excellent with only two extremely small blemishes in its entirety. Shotgun includes tan faux leather Winchester 101 luggage style case.
