^Lot 266 Colt Woodsman .22 LR #221055-S

'3rd Series Target Model,' an American made vintage single-action semi-automatic rimfire pistol chambered for .22 Long Rifle (high-velocity), manufactured circa 1966-1969 in Hartford, CT. Pistol features a gloss blued finish, a 6" tapered barrel, serrated ramp and pinned partridge front sight, dovetailed micrometer adjustable square notch rear sight, smooth curved trigger, latch style heel magazine release, serrated frame mounted manual safety, slide stop, smooth grip straps, and two-piece partially checkered walnut grips with right-hand thumb rest on the left panel. The original blued finish retained is approximately 95% with superficial scratches, edge wear, and patina starting to show on the slide and frame. Metal displays rust at the muzzle and along the right side of the front sight, but no deformation was observed. The bore is bright with strong rifling and the grips are good but were refinished and have a cloth texture from being put away uncured. The action is smooth and crisp.
