Gas-operated American made semi-auto shotgun chambered for 2 3/4" 28 gauge shells, manufactured circa 1997 ('RZ' date code) in Ilion, NY. It features a high gloss blued finish, a 27" vent rib barrel, extended Light Mod choke tube installed, serrated charging handle, green fiber optic front sight, mid-bead hole drilled and tapped, and smooth curved gold-toned trigger. The high-gloss fancy figured walnut furniture consists of a semi-pistol grip shoulder stock with checkering at the wrist, grooved checkered forend, 14" length-of-pull, 1-5/8" drop at comb, 2-15/16" drop at heel, black tear-drop style grip cap with gold-colored Remington insignia, and black solid rubber Decelerator recoil pad. Bore is bright and shiny, and the action is smooth and crisp. The original blued finish retained is approximately 99% with little remarkable to speak of. Furniture wood is excellent with minor scattered light scratches and blemishes on the buttstock. The metal shows no rust or deformation.
