Winchester Model 9422 XTR "Los Angeles Police Father-Son Special Issue" is a rare, limited-edition commemorative lever-action rifle introduced in 1982 to honor the Los Angeles Police Department. Right barrel marked "Los Angeles Police Father-Son Special Issue". There is a medallion on the right side of the stock that reads “LOS ANGELES POLICE DEPARTMENT / TO PROTECT AND TO SERVE” with scales of Justice & LAPD Badge. Features a high polish blued finish, 20' barrel with hooded, ramped blade/bead front sight, adjustable rear sporting sight, full length tube magazine. high gloss straight grip walnut stocks with fine point checkered panels at the wrist & forearm, black plastic factory buttplate, blue is about 98% with very minor edge wear and a couple of very minor scratches, action is smooth, the wood is excellent and the bore is excellent/bright.
