The Beretta Model 410 is a robust, well-regarded Italian boxlock side-by-side shotgun manufactured between 1934 and 1964. Dated 1949. Model falls within the early post-war production era, The top of each barrel is marked “ALLOY CHROMIUM COMPRESSED STEEL / SPECIAL TYPE TITANIA” in front of the chambers. The left of the left barrel at the chamber is marked “PIETRO BERETTA – GARDONE V.T. / MADE in ITALY” Each side of the barrel flat is marked “CHOKE”, crown over “PB”, "1949" and “BERETTA” The water table is marked “P. BERETTA – Gardone V.T." with Italian proofs. The bottom of the receiver is marked “MONOBLOC / BERETTA”. The receiver has scroll, floral and border engraving. The top of the lever has an embossed silver bird in flight. All matching serial numbers. 28 1/4" barrels, low profile rib, steel bead, sliding tang safety, double triggers, auto ejector. straight checkered wrist stock with factory hard rubber buttplate, checkered splinter forearm with push-button release, blue finish with case colored action. The bores are excellent/bright, barrels lock-up tight, wood is very good, sharp checkering, minor scratches/dings, the action still has vivid case colors about 60% with handling wear and the blue barrels are about 95% with some muzzle wear, minor scratches/rubs. The chokes measure 'CYL'-left, Full-right. LOP-14 1/4" to front trigger. Missing rear sling swivel.
