^Lot 163 Vigilance Rifles Model 12 .308 Win #00-506

American made magazine fed bolt-action centerfire rifle chambered for .308 Winchester, and manufactured in Chino Valley, AZ. Developed in 2012 for accurate low-recoil shooting. This rifle is built off of a Savage bolt action design. Rifle features a 26" stainless steel heavy barrel, wire EDM cut heavy chromoly steel receiver, smooth curved Accu-Trigger with integral safety, sliding serrated tang manual safety, serrated magazine release in front of magazine, detachable magazines, integral picatinney rail sections on the receiver, turned down bolt handle, fully adjustable bipod, monopod on the bottom of the stock, black rubberized Hogue AR15 style pebbled finger grooved pistol grip, thick serrated rubberized recoil pad, and telescoping stock. The receiver likely has a matte black oxide finish. The original matte black finish retained is approximately 99% with superficial blemishes. Metal displays no rust, or deformation. The action is smooth and crisp, and the bore bright with strong rifling. The synthetic stock and pistol grip are in excellent condition. This rifle weighed over 21 pounds for shipping purposes. The muzzle appears to be threaded, but the thread protector could not be removed.
